Fostering Faith is a ministry of Rock Crusher Church that partners with the CarePortal (a platform of the Global Orphan Project) and Kids Central to serve the most vulnerable in our community. Fostering Faith helps to provide needs such as furniture, clothing items, personal hygiene items, linens, etc as well as comfort items to foster families in need.
The CarePortal is an online platform that brings the needs of hurting children and families in our community to our attention. Child Welfare workers uncover the needs. CarePortal makes local Churches (like us) aware, by putting needs into the CarePortal. These requests will go to the participating churches in our county. Because we’re the first church now a part of the CarePortal network in Citrus County, we will have the opportunity to respond and help these children and families.
